The largest corporate con in history – the Adani-Hindenburg row

This is my opinion, you might consider other details significant and come to a different conclusion. I don’t go too much into details here, all information presented here, is what is available in public.

To understand “the largest corporate con in history”, one has to understand Gautam Adani.

Don’t worry, you’ll not get your emotions worked up that much after you read this article. You could be a patriot, who believes evil anti-India forces want to derail the nation’s progress (there is an attack on Prime Minister Modi from BBC, as they have brought back the Godhra riots in Gujarat center stage too). Or you could believe Adani is a crook and he deserves this.

Also like Bill Gates, Pfizer, Merc, Serum Institute of India fighting a virtual virus, that was virtual, the imagined RNA sequences existing only in computers, the end result could be a wealth movement from the poor and middle class to the rich. Which may make you angry, especially if you have invested in Adani Group and lost.

This is all about business, technology, progress while at the same time not ruining the base of life, healthy life, good non-toxic food, and emotionally fulfilling lives. So Adani has his role to play, other businesses have their roles to play, governments have their roles to play, and we have our roles to play. I’m neither pro-Adani or anti-Adani. We just don’t want too much of a corruption that makes us unhealthy and unhappy.

There is corruption at the level of Adani or Narendra Damodardas Modi (India’s PM), but it is hard to point to that, or fight it, they have the power and media influence. Also corruption exists at a personal level, we fall for easy money, fast food, etc. Only thing is our weakness, harms just us, or a few around us.

The elites are running various scripts to corrupt ordinary life, while simultaneously railing against corruption! That harms lots of people.

You can get a summary of what Hindenburg Research has to say on Adani.
https://hindenburgresearch.com/adani/
The name Hindenburg probably comes from the Hindenburg airship disaster which Miles Mathis has called a fake(http://mileswmathis.com/hind.pdf).
Zeppelins/airships were no longer profitable for the elites, they were slow, and consequently were retired in a dramatic manner is what he says.

There is also news about the Adani Group losing 110 billion dollars in market cap by Friday, Feb 3rd, 2023, and
Gautam Adani’s networth falling by more than half in last week, at the moment it stands at about 60 billion dollars, a spectacular fall for a man who was the third richest in the world less than a month back.

So is the fight fake? Probably.

Who is Gautam Adani? One need not go too much into personal details here. Prime Minister Narendra Modi flew from Gujarat to Delhi on Adani’s private jet after winning the 2014 election, and getting elected as PM. So Adani is family, in the sense, he is from a rich well connected business family.

Much like American media being owned by few families. Or businesses owned by few families. Or Hollywood operated by few families.

You may not have heard of him 10 years back, but he was the same well-connected elite as he is now, except that he is insanely rich now.

This is a continuation from East-India Company (EIC) days, opium trading, and bringing down princely states through infiltrators and sabotage. Many Parsis, Jains, Muslims, Hindus, and Christians took to opium trading, and otherwise supporting EIC in their mercantile expansion. They also did legitimate businesses, like textile, commodities, and technology.

These corporations have now turned mega-conglomerates today, handling everything from groceries, coal, energy, to high tech. There corporations also have their people in government, since regulations and policy changes are a good means to establish control.

They take over any small, mid-size companies by threat or by paying the owners well. So any business say a group of hotels that provide nice, nutritious food, either the owner is trapped goes to jail, or gets bought over or gets to serving modern fast food.
A textile company producing nice cotton fabrics, is taken over, and synthetic rayon, viscose and polyester cloth is pushed on the hapless people.

I’m not accusing the business families of doing this directly. It happens in a way, ordinary folks will not be able to make out. These are done through a combination of government, bureaucracy, intelligence agencies and and includes various business families’ strategies.

Finance is in the hands of the elite families. If it is not, the government introduces many programs for the poor, the banks have to implement those programs. Family members get to head the programs, and bank ownership goes to the families.

Many arms of government are in the service of the families.

The fakes we see (Shradda Walker murder by Aaftab Poonawala, PeeGate Pee-gate: who peed on whom?, and Coimbatore bomb blast Staging an event discussed in previous articles) are run by the media which is all in the hands of the families, supported by the government.

Gautam Adani is in the midst, having major stake in energy, renewable energy, mines, airports, sea ports, food, and in every other thing.

If you check Adani’s wikipedia page, you’ll see that he came to Mumbai/Bombay as a 16 year old, got a job as diamond sorter in Mahindra Brothers. Imagine getting a job as a diamond sorter as a 16 year old. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gautam_Adani
I can’t even get a job as tomato sorter in a farm when tomato is 100 rupees a kg (about a dollar), because I might steal tomatoes and sell them.

So Adani is family, he comes from a family of diamond merchants, and has always been rich and connected. Forget his story of hardship, and rags-to-riches story.

Let’s go to the other side. Hindenburg is run by Nathan Anderson, also from rich connected family. I haven’t looked into his lineage, but top levels of financial industry is all families.

So the whole ruckus is a family affair. If they carry the act too far, Adani may lose a lot, but the takeover of his business will be done by other elite families. So there is nothing to worry about.

No his business will not go to talented people. It will go to connected rich families who get technical experts to do the real work, but those experts have no control or say over the company.

At the level of the common man, there will be no change. Of course the way the collapse is engineered money and wealth will move away from the middle class to the connected elites, as it happened with COVID scam. In that sense middle-class and poor may be affected. But the business will flourish. Building of roads, power plants, factories will continue at the same pace.

My guess is that once this blows over, Adani will be richer than ever before. Or he could be fake-poor. Either scenario is not a cause for major concern.

How honest is Gautam Adani as a person? He claims that he saw the 2008 Nov 26th Mumbai attacks/attackers personally. He was in the Taj Hotel and saw the terrorists walk in. He and many guests were kept in the basement when the attackers were in the hotel, moved to a higher floor, stayed for the entire night. And he was rescued in the morning by the commandos. That’s what he says.

Why would you let guests stay in the hotel with the attackers actively looking for them, when the right thing would be to let them escape from the many exits?

An attacker in a hotel like the Taj has very limited view when he is inside because of the corridors (long or short), and even if he gets to the balcony of a suite he has limited view of the outside. People can escape staying close to the walls and making a rush. Terrorists from a balcony can see only one side, escape is possible from three other sides. Why stay cowering in fear waiting for commandos. That too for the whole night? Depending on hotel staff for protection. Nice story.

I think the Mumbai attacks in Nov, 2008 where 150 plus people died is not what it has been claimed in the media. Elias Davidsson’s book “The Betrayal of India: Revisiting the 26/11 Evidence”, likely is another spin, and doesn’t get to the truth. I haven’t read the book.

At the levels Adani operates, with governments under his thumb, he has to tell lies, take part in various global agendas, and fool ordinary people.
So that he can provide useful things for people through his businesses. We may be better off with others with more capabilities, controlling some of those business, but it is life. Some people get to control stuff, they may not be the most talented.

At least Adani didn’t lie about his religion. He is Jain, and doesn’t claim otherwise.

Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, aka M.K. Gandhi, aka Mahatma Gandhi was a Jain, not a Hindu. Several writers have revealed this fact. His father was Diwan/Chief Minister to the rule of Rajkot, a small state.

Gandhi belonged to the merchant class, was politically connected too, so he was from a rich family. He was not poor as he claims, you can see Miles Mathis/Josh G article on Gandhi.

Gandhi actively recruited Indians for World War I to fight for the British/EIC. There goes his claims of Ahimsa, his obsession with truth (all wars are based on lies, Gandhi from a politically connected rich merchant family would have known that for sure).

In the latter part of his life the British jailed him in Agha Khan Palace. Who gets to stay in a palace, serving their prison sentence? All fake, Gandhi was an agent of EIC through and through, his imprisonment was just theater.

Who gave the title of Mahatma (great soul) to MK Gandhi? Dr. Pranjivan Mehta, a Jain, and diamond merchant. Jain diamond merchants again! A great soul for rich merchants and diamond trade!

Gandhi basically implemented British/EIC agenda in India. He was supposedly killed by RSS a militant Hindu organization.

Indian National Congress was started by Civil Service officer Allan Octavian Hume with the approval of the Viceroy Lord Dufferin. Gandhi becomes it’s leader in 1920. If that is the case, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), a right-wing Hindu paramilitary volunteer organization, would have been another EIC creation, a controlled-controlled opposition. It would have been only marginally Hindu, mostly controlled by merchant class. And Godse might have killed Gandhi, because Gandhi was loose with his tongue, having forgotten his oath to be discrete about his connection with EIC/British/Rothschild/diamond trade, in his old age.

Both these entities Indian Nation Congress, and RSS, would have been proxies fulfilling EIC agenda.

If you can understand Gandhi, you can understand Sundar Pichai, and Satya Nadella. They don’t signify Indians taking over American businesses. They provide an Indian face for American (i.e. the elite families) takeover of India, since Google and Microsoft have established significant presence in India.

Narenda Damodardas Modi is different you say. But dear reader, he is from rich, well connected family too. His sob stories are just that, stories. What about BBC attacking him for the Godhra riots? It is all in the family. BBC is an intelligence operation. Modi is the current leader of G20.

Rahul Gandhi, the opposition leader? Same thing, elite family. Although his Dad Rajiv Gandhi, and grandmother Indira Gandhi died violent deaths. There is definitely a risk, a family member has rules to abide, and they violated the rules in some fashion, went a little too pro-people. Instead of scripted faking up of doing good to common man, to establish street-cred.

If you can connect the dots as Miles Mathis says, the information is all there in front of you. When the intelligence agencies run a script, as a sort of insider joke they put the information out, sometimes directly, sometimes indirectly.

My guess, therefore, is that the Adani-Hindenburg affair, is not the greatest corporate con, but just a family affair.

Does it mean there is no infighting between or within the elite families? May be there is, but not likely in this case.

Is the whole thing extremely harmful? No, for the simple reason, all the players have to do good with their politics, and business to establish street cred, to keep some trust in ordinary folks, and to keep the larger game going, where they are in control.

So we’ll benefit from finance, technology, and politics to a certain extent. And people who understand the insider game, can benefit more, or protect themselves from harm. Like the many leaders who got saline, or avoided SCOVID vaccination.

That is life.

Note:

I’m not against any religion. There are people of all types in any religion, many good, a few bad. I also understand that the negative media profiling of Muslims and Islam is simply business for some people. Muslims have some cultural things that goes against the larger globalist agenda. Muslim businesses are hence wrecked, or bought over, and the reputation of Muslims ruined.

This article is not against big businesses either. They have their roles to play. Nor does it expect people to play by rules, be morally upright.
I don’t know the situation under which the business or politics operate, and the risks with a morally upright approach.
At the end of the day we like people who are of good character, not those who fake it up.

People can live good lives without knowing the inside truth. Or they can live scared lives, emotionally wrecked by what is happening to Adani’s or Modi’s reputations. Or be on the other side, and be angry about the corruption by big corporations or by Modi.

Anger is fine as a means to changing life for the better, there is a lot in our lives we can improve, and in the community around us, which in a way is more important.

  1. I’d never heard of Gautam Adani or the Adani Group before so I found this a very informative post.

    • At the beginning of COVID scam in India (Mar 2020) his net worth was less than 10 billion, it reached a peak of 137 billion a month back, making Adani the third richest in the world. Now he is worth less than 60 billion.

He holds most of the shares of his group, institutional investors make a big share too. Retail investors are relatively less, and it looks like the Indian share market is relatively unaffected, while his group fell by more than half.

    • Please don’t belive Everything he has written in the blog. #Adani Topic was trending, so he made an article about it to get some views.

Nothing else, personally he don’t like Modi, so he posted whatever he think 😅😅😅

      • I didn’t ask anyone to hate Adani, or prevent him from growing his business.
I just gave my personal opinion of him, connecting a few dots.
Same with Modi, never said people should hate him or should not vote for him.
I understand Modi differently, and I still say he has lied to you about basic facts about him. It may not matter to you or most people.
I have put these things for a reaso, this is just a way to understand politics, business, and elites, and live accordingly.
Not to make anyone hate anyone.

  2. Today I received an email newsletter from The Economist Newsmagazine saying that its cover story for the UK based newsmagazine this week was on Gautam Adani.

    • Looks like they will continue this “attack” on Adani for a while. We have elections next year, Modi is expected to win again, if he does win, it would be his 3rd 5 year term as India’s PM.
The “attack” on Modi by BBC, with their recent documentary on Godhra riots in Gujarat (in 2002, when Modi was Chief Minister), and the attack on Adani, will be used to rally the faithful, and those undecided voters behind Modi.
Not that voting matters, it is the counting that matters. But it pays to fake a plausible scenario, so people don’t protest too much.

  3. Yes, the merchant class (top corporations, and the elite families behind them) decide who wins the election, rather very unfortunate.
When I saw Modi’s full page ad in the newspaper, for the elections in 2014, his aggressively confident posture seemed very fake.
Like Obama, a community organizer, with his fake birth certificate from Hawaii (although he was a US citizen from his mother’s side).
It was a few years later I realized he was from rich, well connected family. He hasn’t squared up with common people on basics about his personal life, not even now, after 9 years as PM.
He did reveal he was married after more than 40 years, in 2014 in his election form. Everyone assumed he was a bachelor until then. He had abandoned his wife soon after marriage.
Although he draws good crowds, and people like the development focused agenda, I believe he was more selected, than elected. His script required him to hide/fake certain personal information.
This for a guy who is very keen to put a dystopian surveillance and control infrastructure with complete information on each person, including their health records, linked to biometric Aadhaar Unique ID. Somewhat like China.

    • Hey, you are just inbuilt with Hate Mindset. Okay, If Modi got selected, then why don’t you talk about the party ruled before Modi in India????

You heard the name Robert Vadra??? Btw… Is Rajeev Gandhi and his family are really from the family tree of MK Gandhi????

      Please stop spreading Fake .

  4. Miles Mathis and Josh have covered MK Gandhi in much more detail, which you can read here – http://mileswmathis.com/fakir.pdf
As I said before I’m not asking anyone to hate anyone. I simply say MK Gandhi, Narendra Modi, and Rahul Gandhi are all from elite, well-connected families. Because of that, they go by script when it comes to working up your emotions.
Whether Manmohan Singh, or Rahul Gandhi, or Modi, or Robert Vadra, or Priyanka Vadra, if they become PM, they’ll build the same amount of roads, add trains, provide drinking water connections, cooking gas connections, or push for digital economy and surveillance.
And handle over public sector business to the Tatas, Birlas, Ambanis, Adanis, and other elite families.

That is all that is being said here. Not hate Modi, vote Rahul Gandhi.
